Corrections Specialized assignments
Special Programs and Service (SPS) – work with misdemeanor probationers and programs such as drug and alcohol monitoring
Accreditation – Policy review/changes, ICE contract adherence, and
Intel/Classifications – identify, interview, and vet gang members and information. Classify incoming inmates to determine what area of the jail they will be housed – low, medium, high, segregated, and if they can be inmate workers.
Training – handle in-service training and field training for the Corrections division.
